Step 3:  Select Sort criteria tab and select Total from the drop-down list.
            Step 4:  Then, tick on the checkbox selecting descending order.
            Step 5:  Click on the OK button. This will arrange the data in descending order of Total as shown:




























            So, Yashwant has scored the highest marks and Nitin has scored the least out of all students.

            3.11.2 Filtering Data
            Suppose you want to check data of those students who belong to the section B, then we can apply a filter—another
            feature in Calc. This can be done by performing the following steps:

            Step 1:  Select the data.
            Step 2:  Click on Data   Autofilter. A drop-down icon will appear next to each column header.
                     OR
                     Click on the AutoFilter option on the standard toolbar.
